    -Please click on ‘’Forgot your password?’’ link on the Customer log in screen.
    -Enter your login ID and email address.
    -We will send you an email with password reset instructions.
    -If you cannot remember your login ID, please email to cs@misumi.co.id

  2. Q2I just finished registering on your website, but I can't log in.

    Have you received our email confirming your registration? Please check your email and click on the link to confirm your email. If you have not received this email, check your Spam or Junk mail. If you still haven't received a confirmation, please let us know and we can confirm your registration for you by providing your email address.

  3. Q3I am interested in doing business with MISUMI. What do I need to do?

    You first need to open an account with MISUMI. Click on ‘’New User’’ icon located on the main page of MISUMI website for more information. We will start the account set-up process as soon as we receive your completed application.

  4. Q4How long does it take to open an account with MISUMI?

    Within half a working day upon receiving your completed registration form.

  5. Q5I can't login. Firefox keeps opening new windows, and I can't log in.

    Try deleting Firefox's cookies. Click Tools -> Options and delete cookies for misumi-ec.com
