Product Description
Roller Followers Allowable load is the value when the speed is 10 km/h.
kgf＝N×0.101972
Roller Followers Do not use a hammer to directly hit the flange of the cam bearing during installation, otherwise it will cause poor rotation or fracture. Fix the inner hexagon with a hex socket wrench, then turn the nut with a wrench to tighten.
Bolt Tightening Torque
Do not exceed the maximum screw tightening torque when installing the cam follower. Otherwise, the threaded portion may be damaged.

Economy Urethane Coated Cam Followers
Noise Reduction High Load Capacity Enhanced Wear Resistance
- Coated with high-quality urethane (Shore A90) for superior durability. This coating enhances impact absorption and reduces friction, extending the lifespan of the cam follower in demanding applications.
- Designed to handle significant radial loads. Allows up to specified maximum allowable load depending on size.
- Urethane coating offers excellent wear resistance compared to metal cam followers. The urethane material helps in maintaining performance even under high-frequency use.
- Roller bearing with multiple size options
- Effective in reducing noise during operation. The urethane coating helps in dampening noise, making it ideal for environments where noise control is crucial.

Roller Followers Product Overview
The Roller Followers coated with resin material has certain elasticity. When used as a conveying roller, the elastic sleeve can protect devices that come into contact with the sleeve during high-speed rotation, so it is particularly suitable for conveying fragile devices (such as semiconductors and LCD devices); and resin material is superior in corrosion resistance and wear resistance compared with metal, and when the cam follower is used as a guide roller to substitute a bearing, resin material is more wear-resistant than metal material, and its service life is longer. When the mating side is a curved surface, the contact frictional force between the surface of the resin material and the curved surface is greater, thus allowing the cam follower to swing with respect to the curved surface more stably without sliding. For example, sleeves made of nylon and urethane materials, compared with those made of traditional resin material, have greatly improved hardness while retaining the original excellent properties of elasticity, wear resistance, etc., thereby substituting traditional all-metal cam followers to a certain extent to carry out higher precision operations.
Roller Followers Product Feature
MISUMI's new Roller Followers product with greatly improved performance
1. MISUMI's embedded "Grooving" cam follower technology (patent pending). The traditional processing method is changed, and the problem that the resin outer ring is easy to fall off under the conditions of heavy load, partial load and high rotating speed is solved.
2. The test results of multi-angle load running simulation show that the degumming performance of the product is improved by more than 7 times compared with that of similar existing products. (*MISUMI test equipment)
Roller Followers Test Method
Try to make the inclination of the cam follower with resin as zero as possible.

Roller Followers Precautions
· If the cam follower falls to the ground or is struck hard, it may be damaged.
· Attention should be paid to the fact that impact can cause functional damage, even if it is not visible.
· Cam followers are suitable for radial loads and less suitable for thrust loads, so avoid using methods such as applying thrust loads.
· Try to make the inclination of the cam follower with resin as zero as possible.
