Product Feature of Stopper Bolts
Feature 1 : The Stopper Bolts is made of stainless steel, which has certain anti-corrosion ability and has a wide range of applications.
Feature 2 : Stopper Bolts with urethane coating maintains a certain degree of flexibility while having excellent mechanical strength, and it is not easy to cause indentation and damage to the contact surface.
Feature 3 : The front-end urethane thickness increases compared with standard products, impact resistance is stronger and it is not easy to deform, improving the overall service life.
Feature 4 : The front-end polyurethane coating can reduce the noise caused of Stopper Bolts by collision between parts.

Example Use of Stopper Bolts
| Example of Use 1 | Purpose of Stopper Bolts Centering various workpieces with different widths through a cylinder with fixed stroke. Action of Stopper Bolts Workpieces are arranged on both sides of the mechanism. Pull out and turn the knob with the claw to point the claws of the knob to the groove that was processed on the stopper. The height of the pressing block can be changed depending on the height of the groove being processed on thestop. Stopper Bolts change the position of the pressing block to easily center the side-by-side workpieces with different widths. |

| Example of Use 2 | Purpose and action of of Stopper Bolts This device calibrates the roughly placed workpieces on the conveyor of other components and enters the next process. Environment and operability of of Stopper Bolts Press the workpiece onto the external positioning end of the assembly. Calibrate the workpiece that is conveyed in the direction perpendicular to the cylinder axis through a mechanism with urethane coated Stopper Bolts. |

Precautions of Stopper Bolts
① Do not use Stopper Bolts in a humid environment or water. This results in hydrolysis of urethane.
② Hydrolysis characteristics of urethane
If urethane is used for a long time in a moist or humid environment, it will be hydrolyzed and deteriorated.
It is recommended to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and operating environment in areas with high humidity to extend the service life of Stopper Bolts.
④ Urethane dimension change
Urethane dimension will change with the surrounding temperature, but the amount of change is not large, and it can be restored to its original dimension after a few hours at room temperature.
⑤ Hardness tolerance is generally about Shore ±5°, which is the normal value.
(*Hardness tolerance is for reference only, not guaranteed value)
Stopper Bolts is suitable for fixed length use. If you need to adjust length according to the actual occasion, please choose (Economy series) Urethane Coated Bolt Adjusting Type

③ State change of Stopper Bolts after hydrolysis
·The urethane surface becomes sticky
·Tapping with your nails will leave irreversible scars
·Decreased urethane hardness
·Urethane is dry and cracked, easily disintegrated into powder
