Product Feature of Stopper Bolts
Feature 1: The metal core is made of stainless steel, which has certain anti-corrosion ability and has a wide range of applications.
Feature 2: Urethane maintains a certain degree of flexibility while having excellent mechanical strength, and it is not easy to cause indentation and damage to the contact surface.
Feature 3: The front-end urethane thickness increases compared with standard products, impact resistance is stronger and it is not easy to deform, improving the overall service life.
Feature 4:The front-end polyurethane coating can reduce the noise caused by collision between parts.

Precautions of Stopper Bolts
① Do not use it in a humid environment or water. This results in hydrolysis of urethane.
② Hydrolysis characteristics of urethane
If urethane is used for a long time in a moist or humid environment, it will be hydrolyzed and deteriorated.
It is recommended to manage the temperature and humidity of the warehouse and operating environment in areas with high humidity to extend the service life of the product.
④ Urethane dimension change
Urethane dimension will change with the surrounding temperature, but the amount of change is not large, and it can be restored to its original dimension after a few hours at room temperature.
⑤ Hardness tolerance is generally about Shore ±5°, which is the normal value.
(*Hardness tolerance is for reference only, not guaranteed value)
This product is suitable for fixed length use. If you need to adjust length according to the actual occasion, please choose (Economy series) Urethane Coated Bolt Adjusting Type

③ State change of the product after hydrolysis
·The urethane surface becomes sticky
·Tapping with your nails will leave irreversible scars
·Decreased urethane hardness
·Urethane is dry and cracked, easily disintegrated into powder
