*1) The range of use does not guarantee the use with the rated air flow capacity.
*2) Indicates the air flow capacity under standard temperature (ANR) [20°C, atmospheric pressure, relative humidity 65%].
*3) Indicates the air flow capacity when converted to the air compressor suction state [32°C atmospheric pressure, relative humidity 75%].
*4) If the usage conditions differ from the ratings, select the model according to the model selection method, or calculate the flow rate that can be processed according to the customer's usage conditions by correcting the air flow capacity (this page).
*5) Do not use in a state of continuous voltage fluctuation.
*6) It is a characteristic value at the time of rating, not a guaranteed value. Do not use it for the setting value of the thermal relay.
*7) Products other than option R are not equipped with an earth leakage circuit breaker. Purchase an earth leakage circuit breaker separately. Use a sensitivity current of 30 mA.
*8) This is the value of IPCC4 AR4. The value of the Law Concerning the Discharge and Control of Fluorocarbons is R410A GWP: 2,090.
*9) By selecting option L or option V, you can use up to 1.6 MPa.
