Jigs for Vises

A vise jig is a positioning block used for a vise that fixes a workpiece to a machine tool. As features, the height is designed taking into account the depth of the vise and it is capable of drilling a through hole near an end face of a workpiece. There are products that have been completely heat-treated and have high abrasion-resistance, products with long lifespan that contribute to cost saving, products tat have been polished with high accuracy, and products that can be stacked. It can be used for situations where precise height adjustment of a workpiece is required, for penetration machining, and for preventing a damage to a vise due to top surface machining. Since there are various heights of vise jigs, it is necessary to select jigs according to the height of the workpiece to be fixed. In addition to a normal flat type, there is also a stepped type that is convenient for drilling a through hole near an end surface of a workpiece.
