Separate type. Suited to spaces where space saving in the height direction is required or mounting accurately is difficult. Incurs load from four directions which allows it to be used in any position.
[Features]
· LM rails and LM blocks feature four high accuracy grinding machined line rolling surfaces that, balls roll on, and the ball lines are circulated by the end plate, which is embedded in an LM block.
· The LM block holds the balls with a holding plate, so balls do not drop.
· The two lanes that balls roll down on the LM rails each have a 45° rolling contact surface with an angular contact structure. As a result, one set is mounted in the same plane (when two LM rails and an LM block are used in combination in the same plane), for operation in four directions (radial, reversed radial, and sideways).

LM Guide Cross LM Guide SCR Type with Ball Retainer

A cross type with the same internal structure as the SHS. More compact and provides higher rigidity and precision than a combination of two of SHS.
[Features]
· The balls roll along the four precision machined raceways on the LM rail and LM block. The ball array is circulated via the end plate which is embedded into the ball retainer and LM block.
· An integrated LM guide consisting of two LM rails. Features the same internal structure as the proven SHS type caged (in ball retainer) LM guide. Intersects in a cross shaped on rear surface.
· Becomes an orthogonal linear motion system with just the SCR type, so no conventional saddles are required. The structure of X-Y motion has been simplified, and it is possible to make it more compact.
· 4-direction load, LM block operation

Full-Ball Type LM Guide, Self-Aligning, NSR-TBC Type

A two-piece structure where the splined external cylinder has been installed in a cast iron case. Incurs load in all directions (when there are two or more shafts), and the self-alignment capability makes it easy to mount and achieve accuracy.
[Features]
· A two-piece structure where a cylindrical-shaped splined outer cylinder that has been 120 cut at one location and has been installed in a rigid cast iron case instead of an integrated block, and is the only one like it in the LM guide series.
· Therefore, it can be self-aligned with the case on the fitting side, which allows for use in rough conditions.
· The four ball rows have been positioned in pairs of two on each of the shoulder pars of the LM rail, which allows the entire load from the up, down, left, and right directions to be withstood.
· However, because this is a self-aligning type, therefore it will not be able to withstand the rotation moment (MC) using only 1 shaft.
