Purpose/Function: Transport/Movement Drive/Actuation

The lift-up motion of the glass substrate, driven by a link mechanism, supplies the next process.
To prevent contamination of the workpiece caused by vibrations from the drive, motors are positioned below the workpiece transfer surface.
Operation: After the lift lowers, the robot arm supplies the workpiece to the next stage.
The lifter then rises, aligns, and delivers the workpiece to the upper device.
