Purpose/Function: Transport/Movement Assembly/Processing

Attaching polarizing film to OLED for smartphones.
For dust prevention, mechanical parts located above the workpiece are designed with dustproof specifications.
Environment/Operability:
① Place the work on the jig plate.
② Move the jig plate to the film winding device position.
③ Lower the suction unit to the film, then suction the film.
④ Move the suction unit horizontally to the work position.
⑤ Lower the suction unit to the work position, then release the film.
➅ Lower the roller, then raise the suction unit to the work height.
⑦ Move the suction unit horizontally to attach the film to the work.
⑧ Attach the film, then raise the roller.
