" Reliable clamping to accommodate workpiece dimensional variations.
A jig that firmly holds the workpiece without gaps during soldering operations.
Composed of a fixed side on the left and a clamping side on the right; soldering is performed in positions with poor
workability.
When selecting a toggle clamp, a lateral type is used for horizontal motion; the clamping force far exceeds the
required load, ensuring no issues.
The fixed side (left) holding position is adjusted by the entry and exit of the floating joint at the tip of the
toggle clamp.
The clamp plate on the clamping side (right) is in a free state, with a structure that can accommodate workpiece
dimensional variations.
Environment/Operability: Manual mechanism with toggle clamps on both sides.
