Environment/Operability: The operator sets the resin sheet on the processing table and presses the start button to
- ① clamp the resin sheet.
- ② The roll bar rotates 180° (resin sheet U-bend).
- ③ The heater starts to move to the left, 120 mm/2.3 sec.
- ④ The heater ON timer starts.
- ⑤ The heater moves to the right end of the resin sheet.
- ➅ The resin sheet is heated and moved 260 mm/4.9 sec.
- ⑦ The heater moves 20 mm/0.4 sec.
- ⑧ The heater stops at the left end (stroke end).
- ⑨ The heater starts to move in the right direction.
- ⑩ The resin sheet is heated and moved.
- ⑪ The heater is OFF (by timer operation).
- ⑫ The heater stops at the right end. The optimal conditions for heating by using air blow together, stopping the heater when moving to the right, and moving with air blow are determined by trial.
