Specifications and Features

Purpose/Function: Transport/Movement

Prevent workpiece slippage and ensure reliable transfer by increasing the contact area between the conveyor and the workpiece.
Transfer the workpiece by lowering the roller through the workpiece film between the timing belt (between two pulleys) and the roller installed in the middle of the belt, then drive the belt to move the workpiece.
One side of the nip is a metal roller, while the other side is a timing belt, allowing for lighter nip pressure.
