■ Installation method for timing belt transmission
①Turn off the power supply, remove the protective cover, loosen the motor assembly bolts, move the motor so that the belt is loose enough. The belt can be removed without prying. Never try to pry the belt down.
②Remove the old belt and check for abnormal wear. Excessive wear may mean that there are problems in the design or maintenance of the transmission device.

④To clean the belt and pulley, wipe with a cloth dipped in a small amount of non-volatile liquid. Soaking in detergent or scrubbing the belt with detergent is not advisable.
