Product Overview
The shaft support refers to a workpiece that can support and fix the shaft and also bear a certain load.
Product Features
Feature 1: Compared with the standard type, the long sleeve type has a longer part matching with the shaft, considerably increasing the holding force and supporting force.
Feature 2: With max. perpendicularity of 0.02, it is suitable for precise positioning, and easier to install.
Feature 3: Various flange types, including square flange type and both surface cut flange type; The use of both surface cut flange type can realize space-saving design.
Feature 4: The material is aluminum alloy, meeting lightweight requirements, and the surface treatment is clear anodizing.
Feature 5: the gap of the installation hole (through hole) can be used for fine adjustment, and the on-site positioning can be realized.

①It is slit type, and the tolerance H7 of mounting hole D is that before cutting open end, which may increase to approx. H8 due to internal stress release after cutting open end.
②It is recommended that the shaft support is matched with shaft with tolerance of f8/h5/g6. For details, click here
