Lightning Guard Power Strip With Non-Lighting Individual Switch

It is a lightning guard power strip with individual switches that uses switches that do not glow even when turned on and can further save power consumption.

· It features built-in high performance lightning surge-absorbing elements which protect electrical equipment from lightning surges.
· Since it has a built-in high-performance lightning surge absorber (varistor) with a maximum surge voltage of 12,500 V, it is effective in preventing damage to electronic devices such as personal computers and AV devices due to lightning.
(Maximum surge voltage of 12,500 V is a value based on JEC210/212 standard.)
· It has individual switches that can be turned ON/OFF for each connected device and individually save standby power.
· For the individual switches, it features diagonally arranged switches that are not easily interfered with even if an AC adapter or a large plug is connected.
· The heat-resistant UF resin is used for the outlet, and it is difficult to melt even if heat is generated, and it is effective in preventing electric fire.
· 1 outlet is placed separately so that even if the AC adapter is connected, it will not easily interfere with the adjacent one.
· An insulation cap is attached to the root of the plug blade to help prevent fire caused by undesired arcing.
· The power cord uses a double-jacketed coating that compliant with the Japan Electrical Wiring System Industries Association standard (JWDS0010), so it is effective in preventing electric shock and fire due to wire break or tearing of the coating.
· It uses a 180° swivel plug that is easy to wire even in a narrow space.
